Nathan came over to assist me immediately upon my arrival and was not pushy. He listened to my needs and answered all my questions without trying to rush me into a decision. He gave me an ample amount of time to test drive the car I selected, so I would be comfortable with my purchase. He was very friendly throughout the entire process including after the sale was complete which was a considerable amount of time after closing, to help me understand all of the features inside the car. Traci in the finance area was also very pleasant and friendly despite the fact that by the time I got to her she should have probably been at home. More

I shopped for a 2013 Ford Expedition Limited. I bought one the same day but not here! Watch out for these scam artists. The sales person woos you with compliments while the back office runs your credit s one the same day but not here! Watch out for these scam artists. The sales person woos you with compliments while the back office runs your credit score down by submitting to ten different finance companies at once then offers you an artificially inflated interest rate on a loan. Then they use your "less than perfect credit" and "negative equity trade" as a double club over your head and try force you to pay sticker while they are practically stealing your trade-in. The sales manager threatened that the deal was "off the table" if I walked out. He had the nerve to try to tell me that he had to pay Ford $500 to take my loan and that the only reason he was willing to do so was that it was a slow day with mine being the only sale. You can bet they burned my phone up calling me after I left. Ha! Getting to see anything in writing was like pulling teeth. The best deal I was offered was to be financed through Ford Motor Credit at 11.75% interest for 70 months. This bad deal would have ultimately cost me over $90,000 for a car that retailed for $54,000. I went to another Westside dealership and got a great deal and was treated with respect. I financed that deal for 1.9% through Ford Motor Credit! See my review for the dealership that ultimately won my business. Hint, it's a Ford dealership ten minutes away from this one. More

I saw a ford explorer on the website and decided to look at it. When my wife and I walked on the lot we were met by George, no complaint there he was helpful. we drove the truck and decided to go for it.... at it. I gave my infoe and within 5 minutes had a no go unless I put 3000 down... thats just under half btw... never even tried to get finance just no based on score. Sorry for being not good enough for your elite dealership but I did get a car.. at Serpentini... same score.. better dealer and no where near the down payment. So much for trying to purchase locally... Need a car?... stay clear and head to strongsville to Serpentini... More
