We had to travel out of state to find our specific vehicle so we were not sure how it would all work out. In the end, we had an outstanding experience that was far better than we had at Lexus and many others. From our initial contact online with Morgan Didonna, they were totally upfront with all information requested and provided excellent pricing right from the beginning. John Minniti welcomed us warmly and really made us feel comfortable. John is very knowledgable and you can tell he really cares about your experience. John quickly gained a handle on our needs and didn't waste any of our time during our visit. I've encountered many car sales personnel who do not know their product at all, but John is superbly knowledgable about the entire product line and the many tech features that new cars have. He was able to translate this to us in an easy to understand manner and took the time to answer every one of our questions with answers that I know I can trust. The rest of the buying process was friendly, efficient and speedy. The finance manager, Tracy Sapienza was very helpful and took time to make sure everything was setup correctly and helped us get a great rate on our financing. I really hope we have an opportunity to do business again with the folks at Ganley Ford West. Based on our experience there, I highly recommend John and the rest of their team. More

Good & Friendly Service I performed a search for several dealerships. I received email response from Morgan with list of cars relating my request. I came into dealership ab I performed a search for several dealerships. I received email response from Morgan with list of cars relating my request. I came into dealership about noon looking for Morgan and was told she was not available and I was referred to a sales man by the name of Ed Schurdell. He was very nice, professional, and patient. I told him I was looking for a car for my niece. The very First car I looked at and took on test drive was first car I liked for my niece. During the test drive I had a good conversation w/Ed where he showed me understanding and compassion for my concerns about getting car for my niece. He gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. I mentioned to Ed my love of Ford vehicles and how I ended up with a Kia...next thing I knew...I was picking out car for myself...and the rest is history....That goes to say ....Ed is a darn GOOD salesman...This Car buying experience was a good one...Thanks to Ed... I would definitely recommend working with them to purchase or lease your next vehicle. This most recent lease I worked with John Minniti, and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. John was not pushy at all and helped me decide between three different models. When we couldn't get the pricing to where I was comfortable with, he brought in his manager Frank Waite to assist. Between the two of them and another manager Mike Hamilton, they were able to get me out the door in a 2017 Fusion, Titanium Edition for a great price. Then the final process of closing everything out with Tracy in the finance department was very quick and easy as well. Overall, the level of personalized service and attention to my needs was great and exceeded my expectations. Even the employees that I was not personally working with were all very friendly and welcoming in passing. Again, I would highly recommend this dealership for you next lease or purchase. They really went above and beyond to get us into the cars we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. They did not pressure or push us. It was really refreshing to work w them and not feel taken advantage of. From our sales guy, to the GM, to the finance department everyone was friendly, professional, and laid back. We will 100% be back for future purchases. More
Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Focus on October 1, 2016. My main sales Rep was Scott Frye and I believe I was helped in the finance room by a gentlemen named Robert OR there was another gentlemen named Scott also. So sorry I didn't catch their last names. All these gentlemen treated me with kindness, all the steps in the purchasing process was explained to me on an easy level where I could understand. Purchasing a car is a huge deal and I always seem to have to go in without my husband or son for whatever reason. (By the way this is my second car purchase from this dealership) and I am extremely nervous. I am glad none of the salesmen rushed me in making a decision. It was in a sense as if they were holding my hand, LOL! I needed this type of attention. I honestly and truly am grateful for the attention given to me. These gentlemen were simply fantastic. I hope they all will still be there when I am ready 5 years from now to get another vehicle. Yes, oh, I am coming back. I also want to give high praise to Morgan Didonna. It rides so smooth. It's quiet. My 2012 Ford Focus was totaled in a serious accident on Sept. 14, 2016. When the car was hit, the Ford Sync system immediately dialed 911. Those godsend side airbags saved my husband's life!! Thank you Jesus. The 2012 car is small, but I tell you, that is one of the safest vehicles Ford is making! Great job. I scheduled an appointment to come look at the SUV he comes to his desk asking questions like he never spoke to me before I head was caught off guard he kept trying to tell me about all these other vehicles I was so disappointed and looking at him like he was crazy. My husband was nice so we did look at a car that was dented up dash board coming apart and the best part he pulled the car out and it wouldn't start back up. Funny thing is my husband had said that was going to happen. No thanks won't be back..... I waste of my gas and time. Please don't deal with Mark Z he's an idiot. More
