Took my car in for a drivers door ajar switch recall, had a rental for 4 weeks due to a back ordered door panel screw? Not sure why it took so long, I can’t think of any door panel screw that would require a a rental for 4 weeks due to a back ordered door panel screw? Not sure why it took so long, I can’t think of any door panel screw that would require a month back order, or why they’d want to loan a rental that long, just happy to get my car back. The people are great but, the situation not so much. More
