Awesome dealership and staff 2nd vehicle bought in 3 weeks. If i needed another I would for sure see the saleman Simon again. They Saved Our Day!!! We were leaving downtown Cleveland, wanting to hit a few more touristy spots before our trip home to Maryland, when 2 minutes into our departure our e We were leaving downtown Cleveland, wanting to hit a few more touristy spots before our trip home to Maryland, when 2 minutes into our departure our engine light came on and fuel started pour into our engine. I Googled "Ford Dealerships" and Ganley West was the first to pop up. We pulled in knowing the service department was most likely closed. Two angels came out to help ease our worry and help us figure out all possible options for us to proceed forward, and at no point hassled us to purchase a car. My husband and I debated for quite a while on what to do and our only safest, least time consuming, and quite honestly cost effective option was purchasing a new car. Gary, Myrna, Gibson, and Mike made us feel right at home, helped us feel safe at a time when things were unclear, and even helped our 8 year old stay busy and calm. She still talks about the treats Myrna bought for her while we were there. By the time we left there, we felt like we had made new friends. My only regret is that this dealership isn't closer to us. I can't say enough great things about the people there and wish them all a lifetime of successes. We love our new explorer and are proud to say where we purchased it from. More
How to prep a car for sale I purchased a used van here. The salesman said the van had been serviced/safety checked. When I got the van home and checked it over I found out the I purchased a used van here. The salesman said the van had been serviced/safety checked. When I got the van home and checked it over I found out the high brake light did not work, I replaced the bulb, then I found out the left fog light did not work, I replaced the bulb. Two day later I was driving in the rain, and turned on the rear wiper, which made a clunking noise in its motion, I stopped to check it, the blade was hitting the high stop light lens. It was a 24 inch blade on a back hatch window that takes a 16 inch blade! I have not found any other problems YET, but it makes you wonder what else was done/not done. More

There are two things I would imporve. (1) The parking lot needs paved. It would improve first impressions. (2) This was the first time I walked in pre-approved from my bank. After providing all my paperwork for financing the waiting game started. I don't know where the disconnect was but my bank did not receive anything for a month. My temporary tags expire August 19th. I was promised the paperwork in my email August 17th, with followup mail of the originals. (I transferred my tags from previous car) I did not receive them nor did I receive a phone call. I called August 18th and was told the title paperwork did not come in for my car but, I could put my old tags on the car as the paperwork had gone through but they did not have them and would have them August 20th. So, technically I will be driving illegally. So, to sum it up, my advice is if you go in pre-approved make sure you follow up everyday to make sure your bank receives the paperwork. More
