Another great experience at Ganley Ford West. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service they provided me again, on my 2017 Focus ST. In any event, thankfully the issue was relatively minor and they got me back on the road, at minimal cost and even took care of a recall I had, (free of charge of course on that recall). David at the service desk saved my vacation. Nothing worse than car troubles 400 miles from home. They brought my truck in to diagnose it and they gave me a ride to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame.
