Absolute terrible cold customer service. I brought my wheels to get fixed last week. This week for the first time ever owning my car since 2011 the Check Engine Light comes on. I bring it into the dealership service department as they open. They ask if I had an appointment. I did not. They said to leave the car and they will take a look at it. They gave me no timeline as to when I could roughly expect any updates. Not even how many jobs they have in front of them. I expected it to be an all day affair bc to get 2 wheels changed it took from open to close the previous week to get the job done. This time I left my car at 7:30am and had to call the service dept at 1:30pm for an update which they did not have. They called at 3pm with an update they were going to run a "diagnostic test". I get a call back that informs me that the diagnostic test showed no real problems with the engine and the Check engine light was from my gas cap being too loose. Guess how much this cost me? 178 dollars! I had a %15 percent coupon to which they reluctantly applied and made it seem like I was robbing from them! 158 dollars to tell me my gas cap was loose! They never told me this diagnostic test would cost so much till after the fact. Tell me how you go to get your car fixed the previous week and then you bring it back the next week when problems show up and it costs the customer 158 dollars!!!??? The men at the front desk were not interested at all in alleviating my concerns or working with me. They made me feel like I was a bad customer and I was the one that was they problem. More

Made appointment for service on my van and you didn't have enough time to do it. This was the second time I made an appointment for the same thing.
