I purchased a 2021 Ford F 150 and picked out up the following day only to find out that it had been used and some of the items that belonged in the vehicle were removed. My first oil change for new vehicle. I found the staff to be pleasant. Nice to be greeted with a smile! Impressed that Blaise who assisted me walked me back to service waiting area sin I found the staff to be pleasant. Nice to be greeted with a smile! Impressed that Blaise who assisted me walked me back to service waiting area since my first time. Pleasantly surprised that I was offered a car wash with my oil change. Equally surprised when the Service Manager, Ashley Neely had asked if I was FordPass Rewards member giving me a complimentary oil change since I had points available to cover the cost. I have found the service manager to be extremely pleasant to work with! One can see she has the drive and commitment to consistently deliver quality customer service and sets the example for her team! She truly is an asset to Ford but equally important the customers! Extremely satisfied! Thanks for making the visit a great experience! Job well done to both Blaise and Ashley! More
