Miscommunication between service department, parts department and customer. I was told had to make parts order and pay ahead of time which was incorrect. Carlyle was extremely courteous. However, being that the vehicle being serviced was a 2014 Ford Escape with only 45,000 miles on it, I am still unclear as to why it should have needed to have the trans the vehicle being serviced was a 2014 Ford Escape with only 45,000 miles on it, I am still unclear as to why it should have needed to have the transmission replaced. Brandon is absolutely AWESOME! This hands down was the best car shopping experience for me by far. He was very knowledgeable, laid back, made us feel comfortable and was just a sweetheart.
