you have stepped up to the plate and are having my car fixed so I am now satisfied with Ganley Ford West. As I previously acknowledged A. J. Bruno and John Rupert followed through as good salesman and sales manager should. I am now just waiting to get my car back as I really like it. I am sorry I acted out with anger when I didn't hear from them as fast as I thought i should.
