Great Experience at Ganley Detail Center! Took our motor home to Ganley Ford for an oil change and tire rotation. Were also looking for a place to clean and protect the undercarriage. Incredibly good service! I was overdue for an oil change. I took my 2008 Toyota Solara to Ganley Ford for service based on a recommendation from my son. I had a disturbingly I was overdue for an oil change. I took my 2008 Toyota Solara to Ganley Ford for service based on a recommendation from my son. I had a disturbingly loud engine, the car was running roughly, and I just wanted it fixed. Rhonda in their service department was amazing! She explained what they would be doing to analyze the noise, and before I signed anything, she shared the wheel (mis) alignment report with me. I obviously needed one. She spoke to me about a detailing special they were running at their detailing shop down the street and if I was interested, they would take care of getting that done too. So I ended up with a muffler repair, a wheel alignment, a synthetic oil change, and a full car detailing for under $500! When I picked up the car, it looked like NEW and ran smoother than it has for a couple of years! I could not have been more satisfied with the level of service and the quality of the jobs done. I will definitely go back for my car service needs, and I have already recommended them to a friend. Good job, Rhonda, and Ganley Ford Service department in Barberton!! More

GANLEY SERVICE IS AWESOME! Bob Bowser in the Service Dept. went out of his way to help me! I usually go to Montrose Ford because they are closer to where I live. My passenger Bob Bowser in the Service Dept. went out of his way to help me! I usually go to Montrose Ford because they are closer to where I live. My passenger side window would not go up all the way and there was rain in the forecast. This was on Wednesday. I called Montrose Ford and the service guy told me "no," they could not look at it until the beginning of the week! I asked if they could at least get my window to roll up, then I could bring it back in next week. He said, "no, they were too busy." So, I called Ganley at 2:00, they said bring it in. I was there by 2:30. Not only did they look at it and determine it was a regulator, they had one in stock, and installed it! I was out of there by 5:00. And after paying and picking up my keys, they gave me two carnations! How nice was that?! I would certainly recommend Ganley Ford! And as for those other guys . . . you have to be nuts to turn away a customer! I have been going there for service and buying cars since 1991. Not any more! More
