At Ganley Ford they are very knowledgeable and courtesy to make your visit as smooth as possible. I have bought two vehicles there last year and usually just go anywhere for simple service like a oil chang to make your visit as smooth as possible. Service people need to learn customer service and how to treat customers. Almost 5 hours for a inspection on and oil change on a 50k vehicle!!! Unhappy place to do business with and waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Was told one price and paid over 10 dollars higher. Asked why and guy said he made an error. Asked why so long for oil change and he said that it sometimes takes this long. I was told an hour and I explained to him that it was over 2 1/2 hours and he said that he was busy.I said that I saw my vehicle sitting outside the window for over 15 minutes and he said thats how long it takes to get paperwork ready.I can't believe I just paid for an oil change for almost $40 dollars, waited almost 3 hours and guy never said sorry. Great place ya right, seemed stressed, unhappy staff and the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. I don't even know if they knew they had hands. Will never be back, wouldn't even come back if they paid me. Also about 8 employee's were outside side smoking and once a few left a few more joined and this went on for over my 2 1/2 hours while waiting. I could only think if you purchased a car here how long you'd be here for that. More
