With there loaner car I was able to drop off my truck on my lunch hour and pick it up the same day after work. Gary had told me after I purchased my Ford Escape if you have any questions or problems you call me, don't think it ends here as you drive away. I had to call him about a few issues, and he resolved them with his staff. He is a very caring and sincere person and I recommend him for any purchases made at this dealership. I did have to take my suv in for service, but Bob Bowser was persistent on finding out what the problem was, it took a few times but he and service techs figured out what the issue was and fix it and I have not had any problem since. I got the pleasure of meeting Mark Kunklier when I took my suv in for an oil change, he got me in quickly and got me out of there at the time he said he would because I had to be at work at a certain time. This is a great team at this dealership, very professional. I will continue doing business with them and I am very satisfied with the service. More
