Oil Change / Tire Rotation This was my first time visiting their service department. The facility is the nicest and cleanest shop I've ever been in and they got me in fast. They did a very thorough job and their prices are very reasonable. I was debating taking my car to an instant oil change place and now I'm glad I didn't. The service and thoroughness they gave at Ganley is better than what I've had at those instant oil places, and they only put Motorcraft in your Ford (recommended by Ford). I would recommend them to others and will definitely be back! More
Air conditioner problem. They had to remove the dash to find out why the air conditioner was leaking inside the car. I believe this was quite a hard job. They had to keep the car a week, but kept me informed on their progress. I was extremely pleased with the service the technician that solved the problem. Very kind and courteous people to work with. They will be getting my business from now on. More
service dept. We had our 2014 serviced today. It was done quickly and the problem was fixed. They were able to find the noise in the window and fixed within a hour. We had our 2014 serviced today. Alignment I just had a friend, who owns his own auto repair shop, install some Ford Racing suspension parts (lowering springs and strut tower brace) to my '05 M I just had a friend, who owns his own auto repair shop, install some Ford Racing suspension parts (lowering springs and strut tower brace) to my '05 Mustang GT and needed a wheel alignment. I explained this to Bob and he made sure the technician was aware of it for proper calibration. I had called for a same day appointment, but Bob didn't find a record of it. Nevertheless, he worked my car in and it was done in about an hour on a Saturday! Bob also gave me good advice on some aftermarket headlight bulbs. It had been about a year since my last visit and Bob remembered me. Imagine that! More

I have visited the Ganley's service department several times since the purchase of my wife's 2013 Escape SEL. Bob and the service techs have always taken care of my concerns I've had with the car several times since the purchase of my wife's 2013 Escape SEL. Bob and the service techs have always taken care of my concerns I've had with the car (regular service or problems). This last visit was for normal service plus a problem with the automatic lift gate not locking every time (staying ajar). My wife and I have tried the lift gate a number of times and it now works perfectly. More
Arrived around 4:30 with no appointment, needed my first oil change in my Explorer. Very busy and yet the time was made to help me and give my vehicle a multi point checkup.
