Joe, our sales rep greeted us, listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to a successful purchase. His positive attitude about the dealership, management and service departments gave us the confidence we needed to make a purchase at at Ganley Ford. For us It was as much selecting the dealer and service provider as was the type of vehicle we purchased. As we sat during the initial paperwork period I glanced around and it appeared everyone was smiling and presenting a positive environment for the customer. We felt at ease during the entire process! Something we had not experienced at several of the dealers and independent lots during our search. Everything was explained to us as we went along and the vehicles we were shown were right in line with where we stated we would like to be. We never felt pushed or pressured into something we didn't want. In the end we were matched with an excellent choice of vehicle. When it was time to"run the numbers" we found the business manager to be right in line with what Joe told us and no surprises! I apologize I don"t remember his name but he walked us through the documents,explained the extended service program (which we purchased) and made us feel right at home. Absolutely professional in a friendly way. We left his office feeling we had truly made a good purchase. This dealership and the employees we had the opportunity to meet created a very comfortable environment and we left with our new vehicle knowing we had selected the right dealer to continue our future business.
