Mileage has improved to 27 mpg in mixed driving including city and highway. The Escape has excellent acceleration for a small 4 cylinder car. Mytouch and synch have performed perfectly. Ganley sales rep, Tyler Smith did a great job explaining the Ford’s Mytouch making it easy to use. Tyler was also very knowledgeable about the Escape which I did not find at other dealerships we visited. We love the quiet and solid feel of our new Escape. This is my 12th ford in my life time. The service and thoroughness they gave at Ganley is better than what I've had at those instant oil places, and they only put Motorcraft in your Ford (recommended by Ford). I would recommend them to others and will definitely be back! More

Air conditioner problem. They had to remove the dash to find out why the air conditioner was leaking inside the car. I believe this was quite a hard job.
