I was driving a really nice Saturn /wagon 02. One night driving home from work ,well I wrecked and totaled it .So I needed a car. I have known Joe C. for about 2yrs. So I talked to him and told him what happen, he told me to come see him. I was nervous I had never did this before, my husband always took care of getting cars and in his name. This was a first. Joe let me take some different cars home but the payments were to much. Actually I was without a car over Thanksgiving, and that Friday Joe said to come in have my car towed to them and he could help me .I was greatful. He asked me what I would be looking for, I told him an SUV or a van. nothing in stock. By Tuesday Joe found me my suv. Joe is really a good guy, he was real patient with me, cause I had no idea what I was doing. I had one issue with the suv when I got it and Joe took care of it. Joe is a pleasent man, very thoughtful. I think weither or not I knew him he would treat everybody the same. Every one seems really nice there they always spoke to you when you walked in, they didn't egnore you. and that means alot! More
Ganley was the second dealer I visited. I knew I wanted out of the escape I was driving. I missed driving a F-150. Joe and Jim continued to work with me to get me out of the Escape and into a 4x4. A 2008 F out of the escape I was driving. I missed driving a F-150. Joe and Jim continued to work with me to get me out of the Escape and into a 4x4. A 2008 F-150 had just been taken in, outright purchase, very low miles. Timing is everything!! Althought I wanted a lower payment all other requests were made by Joe. I do not miss the Escape and happy to be driving a F-150 4x4. More

He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I needed to turn in a lease and get another 3 years ago and it was the first time I had ever been through the process on my own as my husband had died the previous year, I remembered how good Daniel was and requested him when I came to the dealership. He walked me through every step and was great to work with. My lease was up again this year and I contacted him again to test drive a new Escape. I went to meet him at the dealership and he once again went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle that I was comfortable with, both aesthetically and financially. He always goes the extra mile to work within a budget. I will continue to purchase/lease through Ganley Ford as long as Daniel employed there! I always recommend him to all my friends. More

From the moment you arrive to the time you drive off the lot with your new vehicle, you are treated with respect and fantastic customer service. Tyler and the folks at Ganley make sure you are comfortable with all aspects of your new car, from the outside of the vehicle to the technology inside the vehicle. I never felt pressured to make a decision, despite the fact that I went back and forth between two different vehicles. I finally decided on a new 2013 Ford Edge. Once I made my decision, the finance process was quick and painless. At delivery, Tyler showed me all of the features of the new My Ford Touch. After that, he took me back through the service and parts department, introduced me to the managers of the department and set up my first oil change. If you want a comfortable car buying experience, where you don't get taken advantage of and are treated like family, Ganley Ford in Barberton is your dealership. In May, I bought a 2007 Focus from Ganley Ford. After I bought the car, a mechanic discovered evidence that the car had been in a prior front end accident and still had damage. Yesterday, the dealership agreed to buy the car back from me, paid off the car loan, and gave the remaining balance back to me. I appreciate the efforts of Ganley Ford to resolve this matter. More
It’s all about trust. My husband and I purchased two vehicles from Ganley Ford Barberton in 2009. Our salesman was Tom Stancil. We originally bought a 2009 Ford Focus from Tom in Feb 2009 and then later vehicles from Ganley Ford Barberton in 2009. Our salesman was Tom Stancil. We originally bought a 2009 Ford Focus from Tom in Feb 2009 and then later returned in the year to purchase a Ford Ranger with Tom. We returned because Tom is very helpful, informative and most importantly (to me), not “pushy”. He explained everything in detail but in simple terms and made the entire selection process stress free! Buying a vehicle is a huge investment, and I would highly recommend you visit Ganley Ford in Barberton! PS: I never give a perfect score on price! More
Service people need to learn customer service and how to treat customers. Almost 5 hours for a inspection on and oil change on a 50k vehicle!!! Unhappy place to do business with and waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Was told one price and paid over 10 dollars higher. Asked why and guy said he made an error. Asked why so long for oil change and he said that it sometimes takes this long. I was told an hour and I explained to him that it was over 2 1/2 hours and he said that he was busy.I said that I saw my vehicle sitting outside the window for over 15 minutes and he said thats how long it takes to get paperwork ready.I can't believe I just paid for an oil change for almost $40 dollars, waited almost 3 hours and guy never said sorry. Great place ya right, seemed stressed, unhappy staff and the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. I don't even know if they knew they had hands. Will never be back, wouldn't even come back if they paid me. Also about 8 employee's were outside side smoking and once a few left a few more joined and this went on for over my 2 1/2 hours while waiting. I could only think if you purchased a car here how long you'd be here for that. More
