A dream come true All I have to say is that John Grabowsy has changed my life forever!!! I would pass by Ganley Ford dealership every day on my daily commute to work, All I have to say is that John Grabowsy has changed my life forever!!! I would pass by Ganley Ford dealership every day on my daily commute to work, and for some reason my eyes always seemed to be drawn to this beautiful blue Ford 150 while saying,"their goes my dream car." Needless to say I was in desperate need of a new vehicle, and knowing that my credit score had seen better days I knew leaving with that beautiful 150 was a long shot. Arriving to the dealership I B-lined up to the truck I've been dreaming of owning, looking it up and down daydreaming of my self cruising around in this truck. I looked over and this car sales man approached me, greeting me with a firm hand shake and a smile, "Hi my name is John how can I help you folks.", he said. I replied with, "I gotta have this truck." John that day was the man he threw some plates on the truck, tossed me the key and said, "Have at it!! Take it out for a spin take your time and enjoy the ride!." I anxiously hopped in and had this surreal feeling that took over my body, not to mention a smile grinning from ear to ear. As I drove the truck around town and thought to my self wow, "I cant believe I'm actually driving the truck I always wanted!!" As time passed I realized its time to turn around and go back to the dealership, return the truck knowing "well that was fun while it lasted." When I returned I got out of the truck with my head down regretfully giving back the keys, John again with a smile and positive energy said, "You ready to take it home?" I looked up and begrudgingly said , "I would love to but.. my credit isn't that good John." He opened the door for me and we walked to his desk. When we sit down, immediately he offered me something to drink, or a snack which I generously declined. My mindset focused on dreading the credit report. However once again John was very comforting with a positive attitude telling me, "I will do anything in my power to get you into and then leaving with that truck." As my heart was beating out of my chest preparing my self with the, " Sorry Brandon we cant help you today." John sits down and says, "Congratulations Brandon here are your keys to your new truck." Not only did John pull through and deliver even though my credit wasn't the best John and the entire Ganley team worked their magic. I couldn't be more satisfied with someone's caring kind heart and professionalism, and I will definitely recommend any of my friends or family to go see John Grabowsky and the entire Ganley family when they are in the market for a new vehicle. Tyler Smith is THE BEST!!!! During my recent car shopping experience I was ready to throw in the towel. I had been to a couple of dealerships and got nothing but LIES and GIMMICK During my recent car shopping experience I was ready to throw in the towel. I had been to a couple of dealerships and got nothing but LIES and GIMMICKS!!! I was referred to Tyler from a friend and was very unsure of the Ford product. Before going into the dealership I must have emailed/text and spoke to Tyler a hundred times. He answered all of my questions even on his days off, and believe me I had A TON of questions. When I got to the dealership we test drove a Titanium Escape and in about less than 1 hour we completed the purchase of my new Ford Escape! As part of the deal Tyler gave me free maintenance on the vehicle for LIFE!! I absolutely LOVE IT and LOVE my salesman TYLER!!! I will be sending all of my Family and Friends to Ganley Ford to see Tyler!!! More

EDGE Maintenance Car's notification system announced time for oil change. Called Ganley Ford of Nortion Ohio, (where car was purchased) appointment made for same day. Waited & service took reasonable amount of time. Mark Kunklier, service associate, explained reason noise brakes make, and that they are in perfect condition.
