Great maintenance! My Ford Edge was due for an oil change. I also noticed noise in the right front of the car. I made an appointment and asked for a loaner car since I work home care. They gave me a nice car, changed my oil, needed a front and rear alignment, rotated my tires. It was my uneven tire wear causing front end noise. Mark Kunklier explained all the repairs. He reassured me if I had any more problems to bring my car in. I've always had good service when bringing my cars in. I'm very satisfied! More

I told him what I was looking for and he showed me several that could possibly meet my needs. He was very patient as I took my time looking and exploring possibilities. He was courteous, knowledgeable and didn't mind any question I asked. The paperwork and financing options were explained clearly. I would certainly recommend this dealership if all the employees are as easy to work with as Joe and Craig. More

First Maintenance for My Vehicle - Great Experience I purchased my Raptor from another Ford dealership, but Ganley is the closest to my home and so I took it there for my first maintenance (oil change a I purchased my Raptor from another Ford dealership, but Ganley is the closest to my home and so I took it there for my first maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Waiting room was very comfortable with large leather seating, good coffee, large LCD TV, and strong wifi. I was able to relax and get quite a bit of work done on my laptop. Mark Kunklier was extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond by researching new tires for my truck and sitting down and explaining pros and cons of various tire options. I was planning to purchase tires soon from Conrads (1/2 mile from my house), but I will definitely purchase them from Ganley. Overall great experience! I typically drive luxury premium cars because of the first class service, but the European manufacturers have nothing on Ganley Ford! Highly recommend their service dept. More
