4th time we purchased a car, and we'll come back again! My wife and I have come back for the 4th time this past weekend, to purchase a car, and we purchased it from the same salesperson. We were not pressured into any purchase, the sales person (Jeff "Curley" Barstow) let us test drive multiple models of Ford, with different engines, and never pressured us once into buying any of them. We purchased the 2016 Ford Fusion, even tho we test drove more expensive Taurus models, and was introduced to some more expensive used Lincolns. Never once, did he sway us from a cheaper model, but instead, wanted to be absolutely sure we drove off the lot with something we were comfortable with. Would recommend to anyone, who just want's to casually view the lot, and talk with people who will understand what you are looking for. They are easy to talk with, and they listen, and are very trustworthy. Also, another note... service here is great! I take the Wifey's care here for maintenance, and took my other focus and previous fusion here for more advanced car maintenance that I would have trusted at a third-party garage. Would recommend service to anyone here as well. More

When we picked up the vechicle Jeff took the time to go over all the features of the car and help us set up Sync for both my husbands phone and mine. Patient, calm, and respectful, wonderful group of people After a terrible experience at another dealership, we decided to try out ganley ford in norton. We pulled into the lot and parked and immediately were After a terrible experience at another dealership, we decided to try out ganley ford in norton. We pulled into the lot and parked and immediately were greeted by Jeff (Curly) Barstow. He shook our hands and introduced himself. I told him what we were looking for and he took my 3 year old, fiance, and myself directly to the 3 cars he had in mind that we were interested in. He didn't try to sway us at all to look at another car or lease anything etc. We looked at 3 escapes and found 1 we liked and decided to talk numbers. Jeff was very knowledgeable. We were pretty indecisive a lot during our talk and Jeff had the patience of a saint. We told jeff we were pre-approved and the credit union was giving us an awesome interest rate of 2.9%. After talking a bit and being indecisive about whether or not we should try being financed at the Ganley to see if they could get us a better rate, (in which he gave us plenty of privacy to talk) we decided lets see what they have to offer. They came back with an interest rate of 2.15%. We decided to go for it. Jeff showed us the carfax without us even asking. Keep in mind we had a 3 year old with us and we were there for 3.5 hours. Between water, popcorn, and a coloring book and crayons (they provided), she behaved wonderfully and Jeff was so great with her. After we financed with Daniel (who was amazing with my 3 year old as well!) we went to the car and Jeff showed me all the technology things and awesomeness of the escape. We asked for two sets of keys and the car only had 1 but Jeff said he would try to contact the old owner and if he couldn't, they would make us another key set (for free). We left and dropped off a trade in. Jeff insisted that if we had any problems or questions on the car to call him or drop by. He really cared that we got what we needed and (wanted). Our overall experience at Ganley Ford in Norton was amazing and I highly recommend this dealership and definately recommend Jeff for sale. He was a knowledgeable , friendly, and patient salesmen! Job well done Ganley Ford!!!!!!!! More
