Joe went that extra mile and found a vehicle (Ford Escape) for my daughter and kept all promises and treated her with respect. Too many times a salesman will promises you this or that and then come back with "but my manager said" and then not be able to give you what you asked for. Again, Joe was not like that and he did so well for my daughter that I also bought a new Ford Escape from him....great job Joe and thanks again! More
