Escape purchase I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Garry when I purchased my new Escape. It had been 17 years since I last purchased a new car and I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Garry when I purchased my new Escape. It had been 17 years since I last purchased a new car and I was apprehensive beginning the process because I was worried about somebody trying to give me the "hard sell" or trying to push things on me that I wasn't interested in. Garry was the opposite of all the car dealer stereotypes I was worried about. He took the time to answer my seemingly endless number of questions and was very pleasant & helpful throughout the process. When I determined the specific options I wanted on my Escape they didn't have the exact match at the dealership. Instead of trying to push something else on me, Garry found the exact Escape I was looking for and had it at the Ganley dealership the next day. When I came in to sign the final paperwork, Garry went out of his way to explain everything to me & made what can often be a confusing, stressful process very straight forward. I would highly recommend Garry Book to anyone that is beginning the process of getting a new automobile. More
