We thought we were going to be buying used because of financing and payments but Desmond showed us that we could get the perfect automobile at the right price and that we could buy a brand new 2015 vehicle. After weeks worth of searching and countless salesmen I can honestly say that Desmond stood out above all of them. He was personable, knowledgeable, polite, courteous and more. Thanks to our sales person,Desmond, we had a wonderful car "buying" experience. He first approached us while we were window shopping and from there it was a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs as customers. He even went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle that we wanted and ensured that it was on-site within a day of locating it. We considered him to be trustworthy, of great integrity and strong character. What we liked the most is that he respected our busy schedules and was willing to offer high quality service throughout our entire experience. Moreover, he understood that we were not interested in standing around going through the elongated dealership "experience".. Desmond advocated for us-to ensure that his colleagues moved swiftly through the process and without pause. The service is the same way they do whatever they can do to be sure your needs are satisfied. Recently we had a bad accident in our 2015 Escape, fortunately we were ok, the car, not so much. They worked with me on a car rental, giving me a rental far below the daily rate. Richard Robinson and Brandon Smith are a couple of great guys. It really didn't surprise me of their attitudes, it's just Ganley Ford (Wadsworth). Anyone looking for a new car will not be disappointed by Ganley. More
