When we said what we were looking for he pointed us in the direction of all the cars that fit our budget and my expectations. My boyfriend was suprised we went home with a car that day. Since then we have bought 3 more cars from them, making our total purchases from them up to 4 cars in 2 years. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. My mother , sister , and niece have all bought new cars from them now as well. I don't see myself ever going anywhere else to purchase a car. More

GANLEY SERVICE IS AWESOME! Bob Bowser in the Service Dept. went out of his way to help me! I usually go to Montrose Ford because they are closer to where I live. My passenger Bob Bowser in the Service Dept. went out of his way to help me! I usually go to Montrose Ford because they are closer to where I live. My passenger side window would not go up all the way and there was rain in the forecast. This was on Wednesday. I called Montrose Ford and the service guy told me "no," they could not look at it until the beginning of the week! I asked if they could at least get my window to roll up, then I could bring it back in next week. He said, "no, they were too busy." So, I called Ganley at 2:00, they said bring it in. I was there by 2:30. Not only did they look at it and determine it was a regulator, they had one in stock, and installed it! I was out of there by 5:00. And after paying and picking up my keys, they gave me two carnations! How nice was that?! I would certainly recommend Ganley Ford! And as for those other guys . . . you have to be nuts to turn away a customer! I have been going there for service and buying cars since 1991. Not any more! More

The biggest reason for selecting Ford (besides liking the car) was that Desmond took the time I needed to show me the cars, explain the differences between models and let me test drive them...without the pressure of making a sale that day. It took me 4 visits to Ganley before I finally bought my new car. I love it! Best of all, Desmond was great throughout the whole process! I'd highly recommend Ganley and Desmond to anyone looking for a new vehicle!! More
Awesome and Easy Car Buying Experience I went on-line at five this morning searching for a new car. Our one and only car met a mail box a few days ago and it was going to cost more to fix i I went on-line at five this morning searching for a new car. Our one and only car met a mail box a few days ago and it was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth. I was more than a little bit frantic as we live seven miles from the nearest grocery store. At eight a.m. I received an e-mail from John Grabowsky. I, immediately, called him and explained my situation. He was in my driveway at a quarter to nine. He took us to Ganley Ford in Norton, Ohio. It's now twelve thirty and my 2013 Ford Focus, with only seven thousand miles on it, is sitting in my garage. It's quiet and rides like you're floating on a cloud. Sales-Finance-Service Was initially looking for a truck. however, after other considerations for business use selected a certified pre-owned Ford Escape. Found one with low Was initially looking for a truck. however, after other considerations for business use selected a certified pre-owned Ford Escape. Found one with low mileage and significantly reduced. After receiving the finance package the Lender required an upgrade to "Bumper to Bumper" coverage which exceeded the 100,000 mileage coverage to all the other working parts .All was built in to price and was reduced as well. "GAP" insurance was also provided which covers if car is totaled and there is a shortfall in replacement against current note on car. With a little life insurance coverage would pay off the car. All this was $50.00 /month less when budgeting as compared to other dealerships. Lastly, they corrected some front and rear end body work with no additional costs and had completed by end of next day for pic-up from dealership. I liked the fact that John listened to the needs of a vehicle, budget and finding suitable financing due to some credit issues .All the other "Extra Coverages" was really icing on the cake. Was a very low anxiety producing anxiety experience. More
