Exellent service We were looking for a new car preferably a muscle car such as a challenger or a mustang. We searched at nearby dealerships mainly online to save time We were looking for a new car preferably a muscle car such as a challenger or a mustang. We searched at nearby dealerships mainly online to save time and get an idea of what kind of inventory they had but didn't really find any that really suited our needs. We then decided to visit Ganley Ford to look at there selections. We looked outside at a few of the mustangs but weren't really all that impressed with those and we decided that we were about to leave until Jack Lewis came out and insisted that we should look inside at one he had in the showroom and we were very glad that we did. It was exactly what we wanted and they gave us a very good price for all of the options that were included. If he had not insisted that we come inside and check that vehicle out we would have left disappointed but instead we got to work with a great sales team that really made the purchase as easy and efficient as possible. There was no long haggling about the price because they gave us an honest upfront price that really was a good deal. All of the people in the dealership were kind and friendly. More

Jack pointed out the features and operation of the car and we felt comfortable driving it off the lot. Very nice looking SUV and the warranty package we purchased was also a deal we couldn't pass up. Hope to be driving the Edge for many more years to come. More

A few years ago I dealt with a salesman at this same dealership that was really pushing me to buy a different vehicle than what I was there to purchase. When his tactics didn't work, he developed an attitude with me, and as a result, I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership. That being said, I was a little leary about going to Ganley again this time but John really worked with Dave and I, I felt he did everything he could to get me the car I needed for my kids and I, and to fit my budget. More
