I was very appreciative of the concern and consideration that was shown by the salesman, Mr. John Grabowsky. He made every attempt to find a vehicle and loan that would meet my needs. I was not expecting to buy a car at this time. However, the car I did own (which was also purchased at Ganley in 2008) had other ideas. Mr. Grabowsky made was could have been a horrendous experience into a pretty good one. Thank You very much. More

Once I did the math, it was clear that I would do far better buying this used 2008 Mercury Milan than from a personal owner, who offered none of these things. He even made sure i knew about free oil changes in the future and gave me half a tank of gas. No pressure either. John helped me earlier in the week, and was wonderful too. 5 stars from me! More
