extended warranty service for blind spot sensor replacement after only 2 years the right side blind spot sensor & wire harness failed due to Chryslers poor design and placement. I'm glad I purchased the $2200 e after only 2 years the right side blind spot sensor & wire harness failed due to Chryslers poor design and placement. I'm glad I purchased the $2200 extended warranty because I have no idea on what this would have cost. When I You Tubed how to fix this problem you can clearly see the design flaw and how the moisture gets into the sensor to make them fail. When Damiler sold out to Fiat I can clearly see that the quality of the vehicles & products have gone down. My 2008 T&C that I traded in on this 2015 was a better vehicle. More

Even though the other recalls had been already addressed, she's the only one at any dealer who brought these to attention during my initial phone call to schedule the appointment. Once, another dealership never bothered to research my car's records while scheduling a recall appointment thus prompting me to make unnecessary plans and trip to the dealership. Paula corrected my records and went the extra mile to offer transportation if needed. More
