Worst Service I have ever experienced Do not bring your vehicle in for service! I have had the worst experience and the customer service has been terrible. Brought my 2016 Jeep in for an o Do not bring your vehicle in for service! I have had the worst experience and the customer service has been terrible. Brought my 2016 Jeep in for an oil change there for the first time and found out they didn't put oil in it. Car was stalling out and lights were on so I brought it to another dealership to find out there was no oil put in my car causing all the issues and having to replace other parts that went bad due to not having oil. I called and talked with the service manager and a manager and was told I could take time out of my day and inconvenience me to bring it in for them to look at my car but I would have to pay for it all. They were not friendly. Would never recommend the dealership for service work. More

That lovely person, Paula P was wonderful! Paula was so helpful and kind when I had a small problem with my car. She was efficient and helped in just few minutes. Accommodating (and quick) Got to the service bay earlier than my scheduled appointment and was taken right away for an oil change and tire rotation. My internet coupon was honored, which made the visit all the more worth the driving distance from home. My mom was with me and Oliver was very personable (and patient) with her as she enjoyed hugging him and sharing namesake stories of my brother Oliver. He even helped carry our groceries to my vehicle and assisted getting mom buckled-in for the ride home. Thanks again OM! More
