Take it slow, trust but verify. I was assured I was getting at least the same features in my new truck that I had in my 2016 Ram. Walter offered to help but so far I am still dissati I was assured I was getting at least the same features in my new truck that I had in my 2016 Ram. Walter offered to help but so far I am still dissatisfied with my purchase. Nick was my initial sales rep and he assured me it was an "apples-to-apples" deal compared to my 2016 Ram. After the first day I realized it wasn't and I was turned over to Walter. To be fair I didnt ask the right questions initially and should have insisted on Nick showing me a comparison. But after 6 hours I was tired and Nick got tied up with other customers. I am still hoping to work something out with Ganley but right now it isn't looking good. If I'm going to lose 12k I'm not sure I want to lose it there. I do have to give the service department top ratings. Right now the service department is the one reason I want to stick with Ganley. This is my 3rd purchase from Ganley. More
