Incredible regular service, makes up for 1 /only "bad" time After having 1 initial not so great service experience, Ganley has really shown their true colors as actually caring for their customers. I had a "hopefully" fluke incident w/my Certified used car that was hard to replicate for them (my Charger decided to shut down completely & at random while driving on the freeway), but eventually the PCM was found to be at fault & quickly replaced. I recently had a factory recall plus an issue that was thankfully covered by the extended warranty I bought & had a great experience from start to finish! Although they didn't have the particular part on hand to fix the warranty issue, they got it in first thing the next morning (after a late afternoon appointment). I opted not to get a loaner this time and they very politely provided me with a ride home (the guy that drove me had me laughing and happy the whole ride home)! While I thought I would not ever deal with them again after some likely misplaced frustration stemming from my original issue, I can confidently say that I will likely purchase my next car from them. I appreciate the "no pressure" type approach to upsell unnecessary services when going in for service and their overall friendly attitude. As an admittedly particularly picky consumer, I'm glad to have landed at their door, as they've more than earned my trust and continued business. 10/10 would recommend!! * I can't remember the guy's name that helped me, but he was great. I recently graduated college in Florida and moved to Ohio and have always been scared to go into a car dealership, especially being a female. I know how things can go and was terrified to get ripped off or not get the best deal. This was absolutely not the case with Alec. He made everything smooth and comfortable. He gave me his two cents and made me feel like this was more than just a business deal. He wanted my respect and friendship. This is what stood out to me the most. I went to so many other dealerships but he blew everyone out the water. His positive attitude and contagious energy was everything I needed to clear my nerves! He gave me the best deal and continues to check up on me to make sure I am beyond happy with my choice of vehicle. Terrible service and zero follow up I began working with Jessica via an online inquiry and determined a time to come into the dealership (Wednesday, July 24th) I am extremely busy at wo I began working with Jessica via an online inquiry and determined a time to come into the dealership (Wednesday, July 24th) I am extremely busy at work and let her know that I only had about 30 minutes and the Jeep I was interested in. On arrival I was introduced to Walter who was not aware of the car I would like to see or my tight timeline. We proceeded to walk around the lot looking at Jeeps that I was not interested in. I gave him the stock number and he determined that the Jeep I liked was across the street. We proceeded to cross a very busy road to arrive at the vehicle's location at which point I was feeling very frustrated and uneasy about the road crossing. On arrival back to the showroom he looked at my vehicle and took some basic information. He stated that the only person that could appraise my Jeep was not in (odd, frustrating and interesting all at the same time). I am not sure why Jessica stated to come in at this time knowing I wanted a trade in. He stated be would get back to me with some numbers and I have not heard from Walter at all. I did email Jessica this morning asking when I could expect the information and have not heard back either. I have an appointment with another dealerships at 7pm today and expect to drive my new vehicle home. More
