I have never dealt with more professional people in my life. I was treated with respect and honesty. The truck came up at the last minute and I was in a deal with another dealership. They made the new deal work and never pressured me. My salesman Don W and Manager Mike C were amazing. They were the best true car salesman I have ever dealt with. I know they get a bad rep being in the car business but these guys, along with everyone else there, are fantastic. I also know they are in the business to make money, and they did, but they also made a loyal customer in me. I can't say enough about this dealership and their staff. This was the worse car buying experience This was the worse and rudest car experience I have ever had. From the first moment we stepped on the lot until we drove the car off the lot I have n This was the worse and rudest car experience I have ever had. From the first moment we stepped on the lot until we drove the car off the lot I have nothing nice to say. The finace manager treated us like worthless people who were just upset cause it was taking too long, We made the who deal on friday evening and returned Sat about noon with our down payment and financing, my daughter had to be to work at 3pm and was not able to make it to work on time. When we asked Mr Franc how much longer it would be he barked a very rude I am trying the best I can at us and precided to make us wait, this was at 2:50 we had waited almost 3 hours to be taken care of. While signing the papers he was extremely short and rude and when we signed last one he said there your done. Great now what, so I waited a minute and said ok now what, and he said now you wait on Troy. It was just incredibly unprofessionally done. and I will never return to this dealership nor recommended it to any family or friends. Troy was about the only nice part of the whole experience, but I think his inexperience led to a bad ending, he was off helping several other customers, and therefore we didnt get in and out in a timely manner. We repeatedly voiced to him that we needed to finish up so our daughter wouldnt be late for work, but it didnt help. I am sorry but 3 hours to get your deal finished when you have a purchase agreement and letter of guarnteed financing i not acceptable. More
