They'll get you in the car you want. I walked into Ganley wanting to test drive a Jeep with all the options I wanted. Henry was a fantastic sales person and very friendly. After a quick t I walked into Ganley wanting to test drive a Jeep with all the options I wanted. Henry was a fantastic sales person and very friendly. After a quick test drive and a quick chat we moved onto financing. That's were things went a bit sour. While they are quite knowledgeable and fairly efficient, I personally had almost nothing to do with the entire process. I sat in a chair and waited for around a half hour while finances were worked on then was brought out the papers. While I did end up with the vehicle I wanted, I would have greatly preferred a bit more input into the process. Regardless, I got a Jeep that I love, and that in itself is fantastic. More

Saved the day! I drove almost 3 hours to Ganley for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After arriving I found out my trade in vehicle was worth much less than I expec I drove almost 3 hours to Ganley for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After arriving I found out my trade in vehicle was worth much less than I expected, due to an accident with the previous owner that wasn't reported to CarFax until after I purchased it. Eric and the whole team at Ganley did everything they could to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted with affordable payments and peace of mind. Eric did all the leg work for me over the phone so the whole process would go faster once I got there, and was very accommodating and friendly. Overall everyone went above and beyond to make sure I didn't leave unhappy. Very very pleased! More

I didn't even know for sure how it would work out, but rig I came into buying a car with an uncommon circumstance that I knew would make it difficult. Once they get their money, you are not a priority. I traded In my vehicle for another used vehicle about 2 months ago. I've been trying to rebuild my credit, so this was the best way to do so. Every o I traded In my vehicle for another used vehicle about 2 months ago. I've been trying to rebuild my credit, so this was the best way to do so. Every one was more than helpful, until they had my money. They were supposed to hold my down payment for 30 days, instead the deposited it immediately. Luckily I caught it before it went through, but I was charged a fee. Not too bad. But, it's been about 2 months now and my trade in vehicle is still NOT PAID OFF!! Causing my credit to go down due to 2 months of no payments. I've called AT LEAST 3 times a week for the past month. Not once have I received a phone call back. I even went up and spoke to a manager in person, still, no one contracts me back. So,in the mean time, there's a still a small balance that isn't paid off, causing MORE negative reports on my credit. So much for rebuilding right?!?! This has by far been the worst car experience I've ever had. I will NOT be going through them ever again. I also advise no one else go through them either. Unless you want to be given a run around and your credit screwed up. Thanks a lot Ganley Painesville, you certainly went above and beyond........... More
