Lemon car and unaccountable management Bought a brand new 2015 jeep Cherokee which had many servere issues such as transmission needing replace 6 months after pulling it off the lot (which Bought a brand new 2015 jeep Cherokee which had many servere issues such as transmission needing replace 6 months after pulling it off the lot (which after it still didn't run right) and computer glitches. Service center was mostly rude except for one gentlemen and we had to beg to really get it fixed and not passed off as "it's fine". Management (the owner) refused to be held accountable and even laughed when I brought up possibly pursuing the lemon law because "we can't document everything and he already knows it doesn't qualify for it". Is that really someone you want to be giving your money to? Oh ya he did offer us an older Dodge Durango that made our payment over 100 more, a thousand more dollars down, and 2 year longer loan.. Isn't that so nice of him?! Pure greed at its finest! I will forever warn everyone about this dealership so no one ever has to deal with what we did and most importantly jeopardize thier safety and passenger safety by getting an unreliable car. I will say the salemen Eric and Matt are wonderful people! Hopefully they take their talents elsewhere so they can reach there full potential with supportive management and service center. More
