They are pleasant, non aggressive and are interested in having you leave feeling good about having been there. For me they took service to a new level in covering an out of warranty repair problem for a Cherokee I hadn't even bought from them and where other dealerships wouldn't help. Even a rental was provided while repairs were being done. I drove an hour + away for this experience and was definitely worth the drive! Then, I was actually handed a check from the dealership to purchase it from me. I continued chatting with Mike who was extremely knowledgeable, about a car I was interested in. Mike took his time and gave me good information with no added sales pressure and most importantly, showed me fair pricing options.
