Extreme poorly managed dealership. It sounded more like a fish market. Overhead speakers were very loud while trying to talk to the Sales person & Finance Manager. Employees yelling at each other with zero respect. Sales Manager didn't get off of his pedestal (higher place - window) to deal with customers. From my experience, these auto dealerships days are NOW counted. I typically go to CarMax or Carvana for Used cars. Only reason I went to this Ganley Store in Bedford is due to exact car match. However, NOT everything is bad with this dealership. I had good experience with the Sales person and the Finance Manager who were very patient with me. I strongly recommend that entire Management be replaced as they may have been there for too long and unfortunately never gotten retrained on how to interact with the Customers. Most importantly they should lower the volume of the overhead speakers within the Dealership. They have set same volume inside dealership as it is in the shop in the back. I wanted to get out of there ASAP. More

Had some questions and issues that needed to be resolved after the sale. Left no less than six messages for various departments and not one call was returned. Service after the sale is non-existent.
