This dealership service department is the WORST!! Took my car on a Wednesday appointment never received a call from service writer Courtney called Thursday she said she’d call be back with update… never did car on a Wednesday appointment never received a call from service writer Courtney called Thursday she said she’d call be back with update… never did called Friday same crap she’d call by 4:00 with update… never did! I call Saturday lady answered asked about my car she said Courtney is off till Monday so I told her I’m picking car. So I get to pick and Courtney was there! So she had answered and LIED!!! She’s a very bad service writing and has a lot of BS!! Never will deal with this dealer for service!! Was first time and last!! Just horrible! More
I’ve previously purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 limited from this dealer. My mother owns a 2012 wrangler from here. My father owns a 2019 wrangler also purchased here. So it’s over six figures that my family and I have spent on new vehicles here. I am used to exceptional service from the sales team. So when I received an email asking to purchase my 2020 jeep due to the vehicle shortage I figured I would hear them out. Unfortunately, the rep who contacted me, nick, was not available when I randomly stopped in. Howard ended up assisting me - the interaction began with me explaining I was here for a vehicle appraisal and possibly into looking at purchasing another Ram. I was already aware I had positive equity in my jeep. Before even getting up to do the appraisal Howard was asking me for my payoff information in regards to the jeep. I figured that was typical of a salesman. When Howard went outside to complete the appraisal he returned to his desk he said “lets go find a truck you like”. I explained I was here for the appraisal. Howard told me “You have no negative equity - you’re good to pick out a truck. We’re not here to just do appraisals - we don’t do business like that”. So I stood up and asked for my keys. Howard tried to backtrack and apologized for “insulting” me. But I wasn’t insulted, I just can’t respect how he was trying to force a sale. If you’re not in the business of appraisals - maybe the dealer shouldn’t email people asking for cars due to the vehicle shortage. Like Howard said I can check KBB for car values - I can also check elsewhere for cars. So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. More
We needed a car for our teenage daughter because hers was not repairable. Tony Taylor is an amazing salesman and cares!
