I waited over 1 hour just to find out they have not even started working on my car, even though i had an appointment. After another 30 minutes they told me they could NOT work on my car since the technicia started working on my car, even though i had an appointment. After another 30 minutes they told me they could NOT work on my car since the technician did not have the proper diagnostic equipment at his disposal. So why would they take an apt for "recall work" which evidently cannot be performed on a Sat when all the tech's are not avail. I completely wasted over 2 1/2 hours of my Sat on an service apt which was doomed from the start. This is unfortunate, but shouldn't someone at Ganley know whether or not Ganley can perform the service for which the appointment is for? The service department is truly run quite poorly from the management top down if this is how they treat their customers. More

My truck had a flat tire. After unsuccessful attempts at finding availability at other dealerships, when I called they told me about their express lane. This place is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them I would suggest setting your expectations low as posable. They had my car over 5 hours and said unfortunately they were unable to even look at my car and asked if I could bring it back on Monday. They wasted my entire day, my last vacation day and I accomplished nothing. I will work with a trusted local place to have my vehicle looked at and repaired. Never schedule service from this location, ever. I do like them for buying a car but not a place to do any service. More
