We had one of the best buying experiences at Ken Ganley of Aurora with our recent pre-owned vehicle purchase. Both Don and Kenny were very helpful and responsive to all inquiries as we were about 90 minute of Aurora with our recent pre-owned vehicle purchase. Both Don and Kenny were very helpful and responsive to all inquiries as we were about 90 minutes away and needed as much information as possible. Don even took time to go out in the rain to put a video walk thru of the vehicle both inside, out and under hood. When we were arrived , the vehicle was exactly as described and Don got us thru the purchasing process in a timely and professional manner. The finance manager was also very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. Great experience from start to finish! Thank you! More
Horrible service, Me and My wife experienced the worst customer service ever, I am a prominent business owner and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated, I went there to purchase a BMW and customer service ever, I am a prominent business owner and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated, I went there to purchase a BMW and because I inspected the car and found some problem with the car you tell me that maybe the car isn’t for me.. who tell somebody that, it was disrespectful and racist.. and I would never ever recommend this car lot to any of my friends and partners.and this will not be the last time that you hear from me , I will be going to the higher ups and report this situation to them. And remind them how the employees messed up a 50 thousand dollar sale. More

This was a recall problem. Had to wait a month for parts.Was scheduled for 7:30 AM and didn't get an up date at 1:00 we asked for an ETA and 2:30 we got not quite ready yet.We c Had to wait a month for parts.Was scheduled for 7:30 AM and didn't get an up date at 1:00 we asked for an ETA and 2:30 we got not quite ready yet.We called at 4:00 and they said still an hour.Were worried about what time they closed.Lucky it was a late day.They had trouble with the repair and I understand that but it would be nice to know it would be late.
