Out of state PA consumer here took a chance and had a 2022 used Mitsubishi Outlander delivered from Ken Ganley Ohio dealership with windshield damage. The SUV minus the windshield is beautiful and I got 2022 used Mitsubishi Outlander delivered from Ken Ganley Ohio dealership with windshield damage. The SUV minus the windshield is beautiful and I got a good price. The interest rate about 7% with tier 1 credit) but that’s to be expected in the current market for many dealerships. GM Cole committed to make the windshield issue right and reimburse me for replacement. Staff named Brandon was polite and helpful throughout the buying process. and I will give 5 stars/update my review once windshield is replaced and I am reimbursed. More
