Over the years I've had some disappointing experiences buying/leasing cars. Going into today I was probably a bit pessimistic in dealing with a dealership I have never done business with befor experiences buying/leasing cars. Going into today I was probably a bit pessimistic in dealing with a dealership I have never done business with before, that being Ganley of Aurora. I can honestly say I had the best experience I've ever had leasing a car today, in this case a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Dealing with Chris Grabowski and Jay Rzyczycki was an absolute pleasure, and I am going to recommend them and this dealership to everyone I know. I believe in honesty and integrity, I felt like that is what I received during the entire process. In a matter of an hour or two I was in the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. What else could you ask for? If you are in the market for a vehicle, please take my word for it, go see these guys. If the car you are looking for is not on the lot, they will find it for you. I can't ever remember a time leaving a car dealership that happy. I was skeptical going in to the dealership knowing how some sales personnel can be, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of courtesy my mother and I were shown. Jon was friendly, honest and at no time did I feel any pressure to purchase a car. The car spoke for itself and after a test drive I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Financing was explained in laymans terms and at no time did I feel cheated or taken advantage of. Actually the opposite. They gave me an extremely generous offer on my trade in at almost $1000.00 over Kelley Blue Book, and helped me get the financing that was good for me. Jon and Jay were awesome and I can't say enough good things about my experience here. When I picked up my car the process was quick and my new Jeep looked beautiful. I was in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. I've never wanted to take a car back to a dealership for maintenance but I will continue to deal with this dealership as my future needs dictate. They ROCKED!!! More
