Dan Katz was friendly and prompt to come outside to greet us. We had visited Ganley of Aurora the previous Friday, May 10, 2013 walked around the lot, went inside looked at two cars (one a convertible) went us. We returned Saturday May 11, 2013 and Dan Katz came outside shook our hands and asked how he could help us. When he was told the cars we wanted to view he immediately secured keys for them. He took our granddaughter who is purchasing a car, for a test drive in the two cars she showed interest in. Our grandaughter put a down payment on the car of her choice and we feel positive she will drive it off the lot soon. We will highly recommend our friends to visit Ganley of Aurora and request Dan Katz as their sales representative. More
The salesman took the time to bring a new 2014 jeep directly to the showroom door and then let us sit in the car and explained all of the main features of the car. He did such a good job that we were ready to buy this particular model (Jeep Overland) as long as the dealership could obtain the exterior and interior colors we wanted. It took about three days, but Ganley was able to locate the exact model we wanted with the exterior and interior colors and the options and extras we wanted. There was no high pressure salesmanship, but simply a lot of work by the salesman to get the car with everything we wanted in and on it. I found the people I dealt with at the dealership to be very reputable and easy to deal with. More

While at the dealership to hand over the vehicle, with the title signed, the sales manager has deceided he no longer wants the car. His reason, there was some minor body damage that needed to be fixed.The vehicle was available for inspection and was looked over He didn't know how much it would cost for sure, but I did. Before I entered into this transaction I had the dealer body shop give me an idea of cost repair. Here's the gripe, you the dealership ,came out not being as big a winner as you would like, so you can just back out or as I was finally told take a $1000 less or no deal after I offered to take $500 less. The sales manager did nothing today but taint the name and reputation of Ganley. By the way what he didn't know was we don't have to sell the car, no pressure to sell. You lost out on a pristine vehicle and a draw for more customers. Be assured I will tell anyone I know Including my customers to not patronize the auto group, specifically Aurora. More
