I went into Ganley Chrysler of Aurora merely on a whim after the movies to "just look around" for either an SUV or minivan. I had been searching endlessly online for either one of them. I just kept saying my prayers for the right vehicle and the right salesman. I met him and his name is Chris Grabowski. Chris has excellent customer service skills and was never pushy or in a hurry to get the sale. He wanted to make sure we bought the vehicle we needed, not the one he wanted to sell us. So, he took the time to listen to me and the qualities we needed in a new used vehicle and I realized we needed a minivan, so Chris said he would keep his eye out for it. Chris called to tell me about a Town & Country that came in that I also happened to see and kept clicking back to on Ganley's website, but I thought we'd never be able to afford that; it's loaded and probably out of our price range. But since he saw the same one, I asked Chris about it and its' pricing because it had everything we prayed for plus some. Chris went to work with the financial team and they fought to get us a price that was within our budget and well, long story short, I drove that T&C home today and we couldn't be happier knowing that we took our time, did our research, and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. We love that minivan! It looks brand new and the porters did a great job of cleaning it up and making it shine! Excellent service all the way around! Chris helped facilitate it all and made the whole process so smooth and comfortable. We will eventually need another car in the near future and I am definitely going back to see Chris when the time comes. You should too! More

Afterwards, I went right to Ganley, and Chris had already found the right truck for me by the time I arrived. The price was less expensive and the truck a year newer. Ganley also found me a good interest rate, and after I agreed to the payments Ganley kept looking for a better interest rate and found it. My son was in an accident and I was referred to a Body shop through my insurance company that to make it very simple turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life, I then went to Ganley of Auro shop through my insurance company that to make it very simple turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life, I then went to Ganley of Aurora where I purchased my vehicle (2012 Jeep Liberty) from John Bralek excellent salesman and was treated as a real person and not as a number. Randy the body shop manager was very professional in every aspect of the process, he was patient with me and made sure I understood everything that would take place, and the craftsman ship is second to no one. In simple terms the management (Randy) and rest of the body shop personnel were very refreshing to say the least that American service and workmanship is alive and well and Ganley of Aurora! I would highly recommend anyone and challenge them to go see for themselves and assure them that they will not be disappointed! More

I went to this year's Cleveland Auto Show, mainly to look at SUVs. I liked several of the foreign models which were nice but a little too pricey, and I decided to wait until the fall to maybe acquire a look at SUVs. I didn't look at any of the Jeep models at the time. I then read some very good reviews about the new 2014 Grand Cherokees which were starting to become available at the dealerships. I called the closest Jeep dealership, Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Aurora, and spoke with Dan Katz. He said they had several of the 2014 models in stock and that I could check them out and take a test drive. To make a long story short, I did just that. I really enjoyed meeting Dan Katz, and within the next couple of days worked out a deal with Dan on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. To me it was just as good as the more expensive foreign premium SUVs. Dan was a pleasure to work with, very low-key and "folksy" to chat with, but very professional and knowledgable. He took a lot of time to explain and demonstrate the latest high-tech features on the vehicle, including the amazing navigation system, which has proven to be invaluable on an extended Canadian trip my family and I are taking as I write this. The Jeep is very smooth, comfortable and quiet on the major highways, not to mention doing fine on the bumpier back roads, and vey good gas mileage as well, probably due to the eight-speed transmission and latest engine technology. I also want to thank Dan and the Ganley.dealership for for successfully expediting getting permanent license plates for the vehicle so I didn't have to travel across the border on temporary plates. I highly recommend the Ganley dealership and Dan Katz. More

I saw a SUV online thru the Ganley site that caught my interest. I put in my information and within 10 minutes I had a call back from John Graham whom not only was informative but extremely nice and liste interest. The customer service was outstanding and I didn't spent the entire day in the dealership which honestly from past experiences its a full day ordeal and that was what I was expecting . They worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted and within a couple hours I was driving off the lot in my new vehicle. Once we knew Dodge was making the Plum Crazy for 2013 my husband contacted the closest Dodge dealer to our house.
