Great Sales Experience My family has purchased several vehicles through Ganley of Aurora and have always enjoyed the sales experience. I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart My family has purchased several vehicles through Ganley of Aurora and have always enjoyed the sales experience. I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart SXT Rallye. I initially talked to Chris Grabowski about trading in my 2009 Jeep Liberty for a new Dart. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. I was able to test drive a Dart almost immediately while my Jeep was being appraised personally by Steve Glova. He knew my dad from previous car purchases and talked to both of us about what he thought of the Liberty. Chris was able to give us a trade-in offer and figured in other discounts, including a college graduate discount. I was very happy with the offer and my dad and I accepted the offer and were able to put some money down all in one visit. The very next day we came back to pick up my new Dart and John Bralek took time explaining all the warranty information thoroughly. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to make sure we were valued customers. He sat in the car explaining all the features to me before we left the dealership. We were in and out of there within about 45 minutes. I gave an "OK" rating for "Quality of Work" not for the sales team, but because I was disappointed about was how the porters prepped the car. There were smudges on the plastic molding on the dash, fingerprints, streaky inside of the windshield and rear view mirror, grease pencil marks on the aluminum wheels, and there was a swirl mark in the clear coat on the back side of the car that will have to be fixed when we take the car back for a service appt. this week. Aside from the car prep, the salesmen were great and we were well-taken care of at the dealership. More

I found John very personable, most helpful and generally just a good salesman. The really neat touch was his asking about my wife by name when he hadn't seen her for six years.
