My 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xehad its main battery go bad after weeks of waiting for the repair [Jeeps supply chain] I decided to trade it in. Cole Morgan from whom I have purchased many vehicles located my after weeks of waiting for the repair [Jeeps supply chain] I decided to trade it in. Cole Morgan from whom I have purchased many vehicles located my new 2024 Jeep Rubicon x. The delivery process went very smooth with the help of Josh my new Jeep was clean and detailed in and out to my specs [I'm very fussy] Unfortunately 23 hours after taking delivery the battery light came on and I had to be towed back to the dealership. At the dealership it started back up with low voltage codes. Matt and Cole got me right in. Neil checked all the grounds and we thought we were fixed.2 days later the same problem pulled into Ganley they gave me a rental. They couldn't get the battery light to come on. They tried everything to no avail. I agreed to drive it home Friday if they put 2 new batteries in. I drove her all weekend no problems but Monday evening BANG! the battery light came on again. I was beginning to think my Jeep was possessed. I turned off waited 1/2 hour it started up and was able to drive it home. Tuesday morning the battery lights came on again but I was able to drive it to Ganley and she did her trick for them. Special thanks to Matt, Preston and Neil they were able to see and diagnose the problem and order the parts. then came the CDK hack [WE JUST COULD NOT CATCH A BREAK] I was thinking of giving her back to the factory get but with the help of Cole Morgan, Matt, Preston, Neil and the entire parts and service staff we were able to Rubi [Thats her name] back on the road. They all went above and beyond. This is my 8th Wrangler. Rubi and I had a bad start but thanks to the excellent staff at Ken Ganley Jeep they have reaffirmed my faith in the Jeep brand. I have purchased many new vehicles Cole Norgan has been a big part of them, It's nice to see Coles values transfer to the Ken Ganley brand. I have always been treated like family. Within the first hour of getting the truck and sliding on a wet street I went to two tire stores and needed new tires, I called the dealer and they said the wear was acceptable. I got a terrible loan rate, which I shopped after and could have saved. The warranty they sold me covers almost nothing. With the amount I'm paying a month I have to get my own gap coverage. I'm a senior and feel like I was taken. Every time I get in the truck I regret buying it. I had a nice salesman when I first looked at the truck but he didn't do the sale. More
