After she helped me on the phone for a while, I told her I was driving to Columbus the next day. She said, "What are you doing right now? Come on in. I don't want that light on during your trip." She made time for me and was extremely helpful. It turns on the light was just a problem with the fuel sensor, but the fact that she took time to help me even though she was really busy, meant a lot. Everyone at the service center was extremely nice to me and made me feel very at ease. They made what could have been a stressful experience, really easy and enjoyable. Thanks Holly!! More

Within 4 months of purchasing a brand new car many parts required replacing; some for recall and some simply because they failed. I was astonished by he lack of customer service shown by the dealer. They returned the car dirty, were not prompt in regard to providing status updates and had no regard that a new vehicle should not spend 20 plus days in the shop for repairs due to poor quality. Any car company can make a defective car; world class entities ensure that the car is fixed quickly and show concern and empathy for the customer. Ganley has done the antithesis. The dealer has not stood behind it product. More
