Coming from Chicago, 6 hours a Purchasing a new vehicle is usually a bit of a hassle. My experience with Bob at Ganley could not be farther from that. Coming from Chicago, 6 hours away, buying a vehicle unseen had me a little worried. Would be a big pain to drive back empty handed if some complications arose. Fortunately everything that was discussed over the phone/email was honored. Bob took care of everything even before my arrival, with updates and all the answers to my many questions. I was in an out of the dealership in 45 minutes. No fluff, no BS. Signed the papers and drove off in my brand new totally untouched Hellcat. More

As soon as I walked into the building, Josh greeted me and immediately began helping me with what I needed. He gave me all the specs and information on the vehicle before I took it for a test drive. Both Josh and BJ were able to help get me a killer trade in price for my Wrangler trade-in with no hassling. Kenny was down to Earth, and very helpful during the financing - usually the most painful part of the car buying experience. I would say the whole process took around three hours, from walk on to drive out including the trade in process. More

Kenny was also very kind and friendly which made the process so much easier. I was very happy with the service and help I received today. I explained to Josh exactly what I wanted and why, and what I hoped to spend. Josh did an excellent job asking a number of clarifying questions to ensure he knew what I was looking for. I appreciated Josh's attitude in dealing with me as I can admittedly be a bit difficult, and he always stayed very positive and willing to go out of his way even when I hadn't returned his calls in several days. What ultimately sealed the deal for me was Josh working with me on his off day, and while I was considering a lightly used vehicle in the same year/make/model, the service Josh displayed made my decision for me. Price was never really an issue, as they were very competitive right from the start. More

Beyond Helpful My check engine light came on the night before. I was really worried about a trip to Columbus over the weekend. I called the service center and asked to come in asap. Holly said that the earliest time she had was next week because she was slammed today. After she helped me on the phone for a while, I told her I was driving to Columbus the next day. She said, "What are you doing right now? Come on in. I don't want that light on during your trip." She made time for me and was extremely helpful. It turns on the light was just a problem with the fuel sensor, but the fact that she took time to help me even though she was really busy, meant a lot. Everyone at the service center was extremely nice to me and made me feel very at ease. They made what could have been a stressful experience, really easy and enjoyable. Thanks Holly!! More
