Fortunately everything that was discussed over the phone/email was honored. Bob took care of everything even before my arrival, with updates and all the answers to my many questions. I explained to Josh exactly what I wanted and why, and what I hoped to spend. Josh did an excellent job asking a number of clarifying questions to ensure he knew what I was looking for. I appreciated Josh's attitude in dealing with me as I can admittedly be a bit difficult, and he always stayed very positive and willing to go out of his way even when I hadn't returned his calls in several days. What ultimately sealed the deal for me was Josh working with me on his off day, and while I was considering a lightly used vehicle in the same year/make/model, the service Josh displayed made my decision for me. Price was never really an issue, as they were very competitive right from the start. More
