Excellent Follow Through Brad, the used car manager, and Dave, the sales representative, really took care of my daughters used car purchase the past couple of months. From the many Hyundai Sonatas on the market to choose from, we fell in love with their 2011 Sonata with such low miles and fantastic interior and exterior condition. The car looked like it came off the showroom floor! Furthermore, any mechanical questions or concerns were dealt with immediately and with the greatest of professionalism. Not only do I feel safe with my daughter driving the car, but she absolutely loves it. Thumbs up to not only this dealership but the men mentioned above for providing the BEST buying experience to date from well over 15 vehicle purchases. I recommend Brad and Dave to anyone near the Norwalk area or the Cleveland area where we drove from. You will be pleased with the outcome like we are. Honest and NOT Agressive-They're Wonderful! That's Baumann Auto Group Norwalk, OH! I would recommend this dealership to everyone! I was nervous about purchasing a new car...it's a big investment! Because I'm in the real estate bus I would recommend this dealership to everyone! I was nervous about purchasing a new car...it's a big investment! Because I'm in the real estate business, I need a car I'm comfortable with since I'll be spending a lot of time in it. My sales consultant, Ron Dominick, helped put me at ease. He answered all of my questions about the models I was considering ... the Accent and Elantra. He never even acted like he was trying to sell me a car!!! It felt to me like he was a casual acquaintance I'd just met and we were having a friendly conversation about cars. After we talked, I test drove the Accent. I had a guy friend with me who knows a lot about cars and he told me that this car would be good for me. So I bought it that day! Ron, as well as everyone else I'd met was wonderful. I had stopped in a few days later because I had a few more questions. I was greeted by another salesman and even after I told him I'd purchased a car from another gentleman, he was friendly and very willing to answer my questions.
