i ordered a brand new scatpack widebody and upon delivery i noticed the tire had a gouge in it. at this point i was really nervous because my salesman had been pressuring me to complete my purchase before th i noticed the tire had a gouge in it. at this point i was really nervous because my salesman had been pressuring me to complete my purchase before the end of the month. i insisted he come outside to look at the vehicle. i asked if he noticed anything and had no clue. they ended up replacing that tire. later down the road is why im here to write how terrible their customer service is. my car is under factory 3/36k warranty, the car is having intermittent starting issues. ive been back to the dealer 2x and sent on my way with "no issues" ive now had the car towed twice and its getting worked on by a new dealership... will never return to ken ganley again... FUN FACT: THE SALESMAN TOLD ME IT IS NOT THE DEALERS JOB TO INSPECT DELIVERED VEHICLES AND IT IS THE FACTORIES FAULT MY CAR WAS DELIEVERED TO ME AS SO LOL. More
