My experience started of ok with an oil change and tire rotation, but couldn't use the coupon that I received in the Dodge app. After the work was done and I paid my bill, walking to my truck I noticed I h rotation, but couldn't use the coupon that I received in the Dodge app. After the work was done and I paid my bill, walking to my truck I noticed I had a new blue dent on my white driver's door. Now totally pissed off, the service writer Amy tried to make it better by reimbursing me for the oil change and rotation, and also having me come back the next day to fix the dent from the lift by the mechanic on my door. This just makes me wonder how great of a job the mechanic did on the other services done on my truck, don't think I'll be going back. More
