Bought a used 2007 Ford Explorer Sport trac with 63,000 miles that was marked with warranty. The sales team went on and on about how it had been thoroughly tested and checked, and that the truck was in pri miles that was marked with warranty. A few days after purchased, the brakes made a funny humming noise. Took it back and was told there is nothing wrong. I returned a day later a told them the noise was still there. They told me the rear E-brake was corroded and falling apart. They replaced the rear rotors and brake system. The same day the noise occurred even worse than before. I was told i could bring it to the west side Ganley Ford. Now they are telling me it is a bearing in the front tires that are causing the noise. I called Ken Ganley to explain that for the two weeks I've owned the truck, it had been in the shop five days and that I no longer want the vehicle. The manager from the dealership called me and told me their service team had dropped the ball and missed these problems in there "rigorous" inspection, but returning the vehicle was not an option and that he really didn't have to fix anything because the truck was "As Is" even tho the description on the buyers guide said otherwise. Also even tho its a small issue, the truck was falsely advertised as having an ipod and mp3 player connection when it does not. I still have not gotten my truck back from the shop but i intend on going for a long drive as soon as i get it back, and if the problem persists I will seek legal council in the matter. More
They are crooks and sold me a wrecked car that under the poor repair job fell apart within 3 months of purchase. I called them to be told I bought a 2010 Camaro as is and they weren't fixing it. They are the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with and I wished I had more info on the whole Ganley outfit before I even drove there from Pennsylvania. More
