It was better than Carvana or Vroom because we also had someone pick up the phone whenever needed, and got Facetime tours of the vehicle no problem. Seth Boggs was our salesman and he was great! This dealer is no nonsense and trustworthy. When it came time to speak with finance, they didn't waste my time with additional offers. In fact, they highlighted the most meaningful option which was a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper interior electronics warranty for only $3K! I really appreciated how they handled this part of the process. Come delivery day, Dick drove 2 hours to drop off our vehicle. He was such a pleasure! After my test drive, I even made us some coffee as we chatted and flew through the paperwork. The vehicle was even better than expected and we couldn't be happier. Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

I called to schedule an oil change and was quoted that it would be $59.99. Once they were finished my total bill was $67.19. That’s a big difference for me. And then when I go to get in my van, they adjusted my seat. It was way close to the steering wheel and the seat was raised up. . I couldn’t even get in without hitting my head. there was no need to adjust the seat. The mechanic was in my van long enough to move it. He could have dealt with how I had it set. so I’m just very disappointed in the money I spent and the messing with my seat. More
