I really appreciated how they handled this part of the process. Come delivery day, Dick drove 2 hours to drop off our vehicle. He was such a pleasure! After my test drive, I even made us some coffee as we chatted and flew through the paperwork. The vehicle was even better than expected and we couldn't be happier. I called to schedule an oil change and was quoted that it would be $59.99. Once they were finished my total bill was $67.19. That’s a big difference for me. And then when I go to get in my van, they adjusted my seat. It was way close to the steering wheel and the seat was raised up. . I couldn’t even get in without hitting my head. there was no need to adjust the seat. The mechanic was in my van long enough to move it. He could have dealt with how I had it set. so I’m just very disappointed in the money I spent and the messing with my seat. More
