The customer service at this dealership is amazing. I found the Suv I was looking for on the internet and Kip and his team made it happen. After much internet searching I confirmed my hunch and I had indeed located the best deal in the country, I was looking for low mileage and low price. I found both here at Kempton, and the kicker was it was the top model Chevy offers, the one used in all of the commercials. It was very clean, like a brand new car. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and professional. My overall experience with this dealership is excellent, no need to go anywhere else. I will be back to Kempton's the next time I need another car. More
Really nice people, but very unresponsive. It was like pulling teeth to get their salesman (Eddie) to return a phone call or email. I purchased a vehicle from them and it was very low key/ easy, but getting information from them before driving 1 1/2 hours was very frustrating. The information pipeline has come to a complete halt now that I have purchased a vehicle. No matter how many times I contact my salesperson regarding the follow up promises he made, I can not get him to contact me. I would not return to this dealership based on the experience I have had. If he had even sent a ( I'm looking into your request) email I would have been happy, but I can't even get that. If I had bought locally, at least I could have gone by in person to follow up as well as supporting my local business. I finally had to go to EBAY to purchase the items that he promised me. Stay Local is my advice. More

The service for me, was excellent, starting with just browsing for a car. David Farar was the salesman with whom I worked. I told David what I was looking for, and he directed me to some options that m browsing for a car. David Farar was the salesman with whom I worked. I was allowed to take each car for a short drive. Every question that I asked was answered in a very friendly and professional manner. Even when I asked the same question more than once. David was great at explaining things to me. David explained the extended warranty in great detail and very patiently. He showed me how to activate the Bluetooth and Onstar, and I was very grateful for that. David told me that when my plate comes in, that I can go by Kemptons and he will put it on for me. I had been looking for a good low mileage used vehicle for at least four months. When I narrowed it done to three I started talking to each dealership. One in the town I lived in, Tucson, and one in "the for at least four months. When I narrowed it done to three I started talking to each dealership. One in the town I lived in, Tucson, and one in "the big city, where i would get the best deal" ,Phoenix, and Kempton's in little ole Safford. I started with Tucson and got the typical run around with trying to see how much I can afford a month deal, left soon after. Up next Phoenix, "the best deal" was actually the most money deal." The car your trying to buy is in high demand ". No need to sit in there dealership no more. So I decided by that time that I would call Kemptons and see if the were willing to negotiate before driving two hours as I had done to Phoenix. Talked with a gentleman named Orrin, who actually told me that the vehicle I was looking at was sold. He stated that a woman from New Mexico was securing financing and would be picking up the vehicle on Saturday. Par for the course I was thinking. Then to my surprise Orrin calls and says that the lady cancelled the deal because she wanted a white color vehicle instead. This one is silver, if it matters. Anyways we talked and got the vehicle where I wanted it in price. Next, finances, in comes Eddie, who gets me a great rate, for a used car, and gives me what I wanted for my trade. So now it's my turn to tell them I would be down on Saturday to finalize the deal. On the two hour journey there I had prepared myself for "well it is going to cost this much more or you need some money down or your trade isn't worth as much" blah blah blah. When I pulled up to the dealership I was met by Orrin, who treated me more like an old friend rather than a soon to be paying customer. I took the vehicle for a test drive and went back for the "surprise attack " that I knew was waiting for me at the dealership. He asked how did it drive and I told him it was ok, even though it drove very nice. He then said " do you want to drive something else?" I said no it wil do. He then asked if I wanted to buy it, and I said lets talk. Here it comes I told myself, but I am happy to say it never came. Everything we talked about over the phone was the same on paper in front of me. He then said that Eddie would finish up with all the paper work because he was faster at it and knew that I would want to get back on the road as soon as possible, because of the drive time. Eddie was as friendly and professional as Orrin and before I knew it I was on the road home. Everyone at Kempton's was great. I have bought numerous cars in my life and this was simply the most enjoyable of them all. No hassle, no pressure, and most important no BS. More
