I went to Kempton Chevrolet to find a replacement car after having totaled mine in an accident a couple weeks prior. I knew what my budget was and knew I could not go over that in terms of a payment. I explained everything to David Farar and he understood the need. I explained to him the type of car I was looking for and what my expectations were in replacing my previous car. He was completely understanding and accommodating. I test drove two cars that day and didn't feel like either of them were the right fit. He took my number and said he would keep me in mind as new vehicles showed up on the lot. I honestly did not expect to hear from him again as they are a busy dealership and my estimated budget/payment was one the low side for a salesman's priority. The next day he called and said he had a car that had just come in. It was still in the cleaning garage. He told me what it was with how many miles and quoted me the price we had discussed the day before. About 30 minutes later I was on the lot looking at it and taking it out on the road for a test. It was perfect for me. It was exactly what I had been looking for as far as my checklist was concerned and the process was smooth as silk. David took into account my situation and explained my options to me so that I understood and felt comfortable making the decision without pressure.
