I have to say that I wasn't exactly looking forward to the experience of buying a new automobile because my experience in the past with some of the big city dealers has sometimes been an unpleasant experi the experience of buying a new automobile because my experience in the past with some of the big city dealers has sometimes been an unpleasant experience. I've lived in my hometown almost all my life and have only purchased 4 brand new autos in my entire life, 2 in my home town and 2 in the big city. Even though my hometown dealer didn't have the exact car I wanted, they helped to find the one I needed, the exact color, features, etc. and within 48 hours it is parked in my garage. Sweet. The last car I bought 4 years ago in the big city was ok, but the service at Kempton's taking me through the fairly complicated new cool features in these new Chevy's was great. Mr. Farar, my saleman, was excellent in his ability to show me how to experience the full features of this new Equinox. He walked me through the awesome OnStar support system as well as connecting my cell phone up to the Bluetooth system. He was very knowledeable and perceptive to what learning all these new features presents to and older non techincal user like myself needed to learn. I left the dealer excited, pleased and comfortable, glad that I had invested in a new Chevy. I don't think I'll ever buy another foreign branded car. This Chevy has restored my confidence in what our very own fellow Americans can build and that we as consumers can enjoy and depend on. More
